Returns Policy

You can return any item purchased on likaclothes.com within 14 days from the date of delivery to the country where the item was shipped. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that have been used, worn (washed, soiled, or have a strong cigarette odor), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included with your shipment for any returns.

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

Orders within the EU:

Please contact us at pr@likaclothes.com, providing your order number. Place the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and send it using a reliable courier service.

Orders outside the EU:

Please contact us at pr@likaclothes.com, providing your order number. Place the original invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package. Attach the proforma invoice (received separately) on the outside of the package so that all details are easily visible.

We kindly recommend using the following courier services: DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx, InPost (for Poland and Italy). Please note that returns through USPS and Royal Mail may take significantly longer to process.

Please remember that the sender is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning items. Lika cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of packages. Shipments that cannot be identified with the customer’s information (surname, name, address, and tracking number) will be rejected.

At this time, we do not offer free returns for international orders, except in cases of damaged or defective items. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the item.

Exchanges

Please note that we can only exchange an item for a different size of the same model. To check the availability of the item, please contact us at +380 93 110 10 23.

If the item is in stock at our warehouse, we will reserve it for you, and once we receive your return, we will ship it to the address of your original order.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, please return it and place a new order.

Refunds

To process a return approved by our quality control team, the item must be returned in its original packaging, without damage, alterations, or signs of use, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Returns sent to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

After our quality control team approves the return, your funds will be refunded to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the requirements mentioned above, the package will be sent back to you.

Please note that for orders from countries outside the EU with the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) option, the refund amount will be equal to the price paid during order placement, minus import duties and taxes, as these charges are collected solely for the benefit of the buyer’s national tax authorities and are not included in the cost of Lika products.
